Return Policy

Eligibility:
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Return an Item

1. Initiate a Return:
  • Contact our customer service team at sales@sarene.co.uk to initiate your return. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Prepare Your Package:
  • Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging or a suitable alternative. Ensure that all tags are attached and the items are in their original condition.

3. Shipping Your Return:
  • We will provide you with a return shipping label. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at the nearest shipping location. Please retain your shipping receipt for tracking purposes.

4. Refund Process:
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at sales@sarene.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
